About the Role As a Neurotechnology Researcher, you will be one of the key architects of our inner science platform. Your work will explore the links between physiology, perception, emotion, and awareness using real-time biosignals, experimental methods, and non-clinical approaches to transformation. You will help shape our scientific direction, develop core technology, and collaborate with designers and engineers to bring subtle intelligence into everyday life. This is a founding research role with high autonomy and deep impact. In This Role, You Will Design and lead original research into human body-mind dynamics using biometric and behavioral data. Develop lightweight, real-time tools for capturing and interpreting inner states. Build and test new neuro-aware protocols that foster self-regulation, presence, and subtle awareness. Collaborate with engineers, awareness experts, and experience designers to integrate findings into live environments. Document research insights for internal use, IP development, and long-term scientific storytelling. Help build a culture of inquiry that bridges logic, intuition, and embodiment. You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have a strong academic or practical background in neuroscience, cognitive science, affective computing, or applied neurotechnology. Have worked with biosignals like EEG, HRV, GSR, breath, or voice in real-time or experimental setups. Are curious about the inner world and passionate about helping humans know themselves more deeply. Are open to bridging scientific rigor with ancient wisdom, meditation, and awareness-based approaches.
